Our Coaching Programs

“The Huddle” – Small Group Coaching: Think personal training in a small group setting. Sparing the expense of a one on one coach, your program designer integrates IM | Health training principles, practices, and progressions to create a customized workout program based on your training goals and objectives. The workouts are sent to your phone and professionally coached in our facility. You can even access your workouts when you are away for business or vacation.

“The Pipeline” – Team Coaching: Off-season, pre-season, or in-season training for athletic clubs, groups, and teams. Leverage everything the Performance Center has to offer – custom program designs, coached training sessions, performance tracking, and testing. All in a facility that rivals those found at Division 1 colleges and some of the best sports training centers across the country.

Do you believe one-on-one training is the right choice for you? Or maybe you’re interested in one of our other coaching options but feel you need some more intensive instruction before making that step?

"My Coach" - Online Training

Workouts you can do anywhere. In your home, at your gym, or on the road. Health,
fitness, and performance training plans designed by the same IM Health Performance Center coaches that work with our in-house clients and athletes.

Open Gym

If you prefer working out on your own, we offer the open gym membership allowing access to the facility without joining one of our coaching programs.

We limit the capacity for open gym sign-ups to ensure our “private gym” feel.

Diet & Nutrition

Proper nutrition is the linchpin in achieving your fitness and health objectives.

Food is very personal and closely tied to our memories and cultural background. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to nutrition. You have the option to add an IM | Health Dietitian to your fitness package. They will work with you to develop a personalized nutrition plan to get you performing optimally in all aspects of your life.
