If you have Cigna or Keystone Health Plan East: We are NOT in-network with your insurance, however, we will treat you for up to 3 sessions at the cost of your regular PT copay amount. After 3 sessions, your therapist will discuss further options with you.

Psychological services with Dr. O'Planick are considered "out-of-network" and not directly covered by insurance. Inquire about rates for services as well as information about pursuing reimbursement from your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits.

Nutrition counseling is covered under many insurance plans, but every policy is different. We accept most major insurance carriers, and reimbursement is based on your individual plan. We will verify your benefits as a courtesy and bill your insurance, however, you are responsible to know and understand your individual benefits.
