A proactive approach to medicine.

IM Health Family Practice is the model of what primary care should look and feel like. The nurse practitioner that I see is Carrie Reif, CRNP. Carrie is wonderful, she is adept at actively listening to your concerns, thoroughly answering questions and showing genuine care for your health (which, unfortunately is not always a given in healthcare). She also never makes the appointment feel rushed, she makes sure that you have the opportunity to voice all of your concerns. Carrie is very knowledgeable and considers your care from a comprehensive and holistic perspective, which is all you could want in a PCP. The front desk staff is also great, one staff member, Reagan, stands out for being especially friendly and helpful, though all of them have been pleasant to speak with. The building is also quite nice, very clean and well kept. They have a number of other services on site like nutritional counseling, physical therapy, urgent care, and behavioral health (all of which i have not experienced). Thus far, I have experienced the family practice division of this practice only.

Joanna Bell, MD. Joanna is my internist. She has an office in Wayne, PA. I have found her to be thorough, perceptive, patient and kind. I highly recommend her and am delighted with her services.

I have been a RFP / IM Health patient for more than 5 years. I usually see the NPs Bob and Caroline. Both are excellent people and professionals, with appreciated bedside manners. Caroline has been very flexible with scheduling and has taken Telehealth appointments when I am unable to go into their facility. I recently had a medical issue where I doubted my specialist and Caroline recommended I get an ultrasound. They found blood clots - Caroline's diagnosis was accurate. She even called me while on vacation to check in after I shared the diagnosis with the receptionist. That's going above and beyond in many ways in my books. There is no lost art of compassion when you have medical practitioners providing this level of care to their patients. Thank you!
