Rehability is a circuit-style exercise program created by physical therapists and run by experienced fitness professionals. Designed to transition clients from the rehabilitative process to fitness, it is meant to safely start or re-establish an exercise habit toward the goal of being more active.

The circuit consists of therapeutic exercises designed to improve functional strength, endurance, mobility, and balance. Each exercise can be modified according to the client’s ability and needs. Rehability can serve as a nice workout by itself or as preparation for higher level fitness activities.

Offered Mondays and Wednesdays 12pm – 1pm

Mobility Class & Guided Stretching

As key component of fitness, flexibility preserves the joints, enables fluidity of movement,  and improves balance through better kinesthetic and proprioceptive awareness. This small group class takes the participant through a series of functional movements to optimize the range of motion of all major joints. This leads into a time of guided stretching and breathing exercises to rejuvenate the body and reset the system. This class is ideal for recovery between heavy workouts, athletic activities, or just to de-stress.

Offered Tuesdays and Thursdays 1pm – 2pm

Esprit de Corps

This high energy exercise program is designed to increase your fitness level and enhance performance in recreational and/or athletic pursuits. Based on the 7 principle movements, this physical therapist-designed circuit class focuses on building strength and muscle endurance in multiplanar movements.

The 60-minute small group circuit includes the following instructor-led components:

    • Dynamic Warm-up
    • Mobility Exercise
    • Power
    • Strength 1 and 2
    • Core
    • Finisher

* All exercises can be modified to the client’s fitness level and experience.

Offered Wednesdays 6pm – 7pm and Saturday mornings 9am – 10am

Each class may be attended on a pay per class basis.
