Rehability is a circuit-style exercise program created by physical therapists and run by experienced fitness professionals. Designed to transition clients from the rehabilitative process to fitness, it is meant to safely start or re-establish an exercise habit toward the goal of being more active.

The circuit consists of therapeutic exercises designed to improve functional strength, endurance, mobility, and balance. Each exercise can be modified according to the client’s ability and needs. Rehability can serve as a nice workout by itself or as preparation for higher level fitness activities.

Pay per class fee: $25

Mobility Class & Guided Stretching

A key component of fitness, flexibility preserves the joints, enables fluidity of movement,  and improves balance through better kinesthetic and proprioceptive awareness. This small group class takes the participant through a series of functional movements to optimize the range of motion of all major joints. This leads into a time of guided stretching and breathing exercises to rejuvenate the body and reset the system. This class is ideal for recovery between heavy workouts, athletic activities, or just to de-stress.
