Group Training Programs

“The Huddle” – Small Group Coaching: Think personal training in a small group setting. Sparing the expense of a one on one coach, your program designer integrates IM | Health training principles, practices, and progressions to create a customized workout program based on your training goals and objectives.

“The Pipeline” – Team Coaching: Integrates the same training principles, practices, and teaching progressions of our Small Group Coaching and Private Coaching programs but in a less custom format. Think “workout of the day” that is scalable to you based on your age and skill level.

"My Coach" - Personal Training

Do you believe one-on-one training is the right choice for you? Or maybe you’re interested in one of our other coaching options but feel you need some more intensive instruction before making that step?

Whatever your concerns or motivations are, we also offer select personal training packages that put into action the appropriate IM | Health coaching methods to help you safely, efficiently, and effectively reach your goals.

Open Gym

If you prefer working out on your own, we offer the open gym membership allowing access to the facility without joining one of our coaching programs.

We limit the capacity for open gym sign-ups to ensure our “private gym” feel.

Diet & Nutrition

Proper nutrition is the linchpin in achieving your fitness and health objectives.

Food is very personal and closely tied to our memories and cultural background. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to nutrition. You have the option to add an IM | Health Dietitian to your fitness package. They will work with you to develop a personalized nutrition plan to get you performing optimally in all aspects of your life.
