Meet Dr. Francisco

Hi, I'm Dr. Daniel Francisco
Inspired by my mother, a nurse with the University of Chicago Hospitals, I knew from a young age I was destined to pursue a career in the healthcare field. Growing up in the Chicago area, I decided early on I wanted to be involved with physical medicine, working hands on to relieve the burden that pain can cause when it restricts normal movement and mobility.
One night while playing soccer, I tore up my knee pretty badly. I was facing surgery to repair the damage. Before surgery, I underwent a period of pre-surgical rehab with a chiropractic physician and was treated with a variety of manual therapies and rehab exercises.
After surgery, in addition to a physical therapy, I continued my chiropractic treatments. And it was this treatment regimen that sped up my recovery. This life-changing event strengthened my desire to pursue physical remedies, working hands on to help people with injuries return to full function.
This personal experience with my own injury confirmed that I had chosen the best career path that would enable me to have a positive impact on the lives of my patients.
