Position Description

The Physical Therapist plans, evaluates and treats patients related to their physical therapy needs within a clinical outpatient setting. Participates in established physical therapy programs including patient care and education. Evaluates and treats patients and establishes and/or implements comprehensive treatment plans. Directs support personnel within the scope of practice.

Experience:

• 1 year experience in a Physical Therapy setting (Preferred)

Education

• Masters Degree: Accredited Physical Therapy program (Required)
• Doctorate Degree: Accredited Physical Therapy program (Preferred)

License/Certifications

• PT-LIC – PA Physical Therapist License (Required)
