CAMP 1: FOUNDATIONS OF ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

Week of June 14 or July 12, Monday through Thursday, 12:30 – 5:00 pm

  • Fundamentals of Speed, Agility, and Jump Training
  • Proficiency in Basic Lifts
  • Basics of Exercise and Sports Nutrition with Registered Dietitian
  • Recovery Methods and Applications
  • Written 6 Week Training Program

CAMP 2: ADVANCEMENTS IN ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT*

Week of June 21 or July 19, Monday through Thursday, 12:30 – 5:00 pm

*You must attend the Foundations of Athletic Development Camp in order to participate in the Advancements in Athletic Development Camp

  • Analyzed and Timed Runs
  • Measured Jumps
  • Advanced Strength Training Methodologies
  • 3 RM Strength Tests (Back Squat / Bench Press / Deadlift)
  • Nutritional Applications for Athletes (Peri-workout Nutrition and Supplements)

  • Custom 6 Week Training Program (Based off Performance Evaluation)
